We have uploaded a new tarball due to a bug discovered by one of our
engineers.  The tarball itself was defective.  Some very low-level
directories were extracted at the top level instead of where they should
have been put.  The new tarball corrects this problems.

There is also a problem in the Tcl-based authentication code.  It doesn't
work yet.  This does not normal web service, nor authentication via other
authentication modules.
